During the sale of my property in Balmoral Chris was consistent and honest in the process, he provided me with the necessary information to make an informed decision. Unfortunately the initial sale fell over but Chris was able to adjust and secure another buyer (within 3 days) which saved the purchase of my next property being subject to sale of my Balmoral property. I would highly recommend using Tammy Dale as your agent. Tammy provided sound recommendations on how we should position our property in the market coinciding with the marketing plan. Tammy did not force her recommendations, she allowed us to make decisions ensuring we were comfortable throughout the journey. A highlight of the experience was the communication. This ranged from strategy conversations during the week, phone calls and written reports after each open house. When people started showing interest in the property, Tammy openly discussed her approach with the buyers and negotiations. At no point did I feel ‘in the dark’ and not once I had to follow up. Not only was Tammy across the climate of the industry, she notified me of other properties in the complex deciding to sell post ours going on the market. This movement really changed the potential value (as there was exact comparisons). She spoke with the other agents, aligned our opens with others in the complex to maximise potential buyers, and even held additional opens. We have known Chris for quite a number of years now and always nervous to mix friendship and business. However, Chris was extremely professional throughout the sale of our home. He was always available no matter the time or the day and the never ending stream of questions we threw at him not only for our own sale but other houses we were interested in and general market conditions never fazed him. For the last few weeks I have had the pleasure of dealing with Meagan Muir. I entrusted Meagan with the sale of my investment property in Hemmant QLD, I contacted Meagan after receiving one of her fliers. Living in W.A. and choosing a reliable agent on the other side of the country is like playing Russian roulette, I know this from previous experience I have sold other investment properties in Melbourne x 2, Perth x 1 and Townsville x 1 and apart from the Perth sale where I could have hands on control the others were very stressful.
