There is of course a level of "guilding the lily" usually expected by a buyer from the vendor's agent, but refreshingly that was not our experience with Shannon at all. She went out of her way to answer the questions we asked, before and after the purchase. We were confident that we were dealing with a vendor's agent who was honest and forthright. No games experienced. Made the process as a buyer much easier which probably resulted in a better outcome for her vendor.
