In my experience, Shane was unhelpful, argumentative, and created problems during the sale of my home instead of resolving them. I found him misleading and dishonest. I felt I could not rely on what he told me, which left me in a very difficult position. His actions added to my stress emotionally and financially which made a sensitive sale very traumatic and ongoing, even post sale. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Shane for sensitive or separation sales. Credit for the sale belongs to the auctioneer.
