In my experience, Shane was unhelpful, argumentative, and created problems during the sale of my home instead of resolving them. I found him misleading and dishonest. I felt I could not rely on what he told me, which left me in a very difficult position. His actions added to my stress emotionally and financially which made a sensitive sale very traumatic and ongoing, even post sale. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Shane for sensitive or separation sales. Credit for the sale belongs to the auctioneer.

We recently purchased a property at Auction marketed by Shane and his team at Place Real Estate. They were extremely pleasant and easy to deal with, providing all the information required prior to the auction day, providing contacts to speak to regarding development options and even on auction day with some words of wisdom (to a first-time auction participant) on how the process would work and tips to be successful. Overall we couldn’t have asked for more and would recommend them to anyone.
