A young age has no limits with Michael. After being on the market with 3 other agents in the last 2 years, Michael managed to sell the penthouse in a short 4 week campaign and selling it prior to auction. Michael had a game plan and a strategy to achieve the desired highest sale possible and was not just after a sale at any price. He is very hard working, genuine, caring, always keeping us updated, a realistic and very strong negotiator. Even when getting the place ready for market he didn’t rush it like other agents, he took a few weeks to make sure it was perfect as he has a very high attention to detail and presented at its best to the market.
