After being on the market with 3 other agents in the last 2 years, Michael and Simon managed to sell the penthouse in a short 4 week campaign and selling it prior to auction. They had a game plan and a strategy to achieve the desired highest sale possible and was not just after a sale at any price. Michael is very hard working, genuine, caring, always keeping us updated, a realistic and very strong negotiator. Even when getting the place ready for market he didn’t rush it like other agents, he took a few weeks to make sure it was perfect as he has a very high attention to detail and presented at its best to the market. Michael was always available to discuss things even if it was at late at night he will answer my call. We couldn’t recommend Michael and Simon highly enough.
