If these are the values you seek in a realtor then don’t go past Simon Caulfield. We first met Simon 3 years ago. He was the selling agent for the Kangaroo Point apartment we purchased. Throughout the negotiations he was respectful, attentive, knowledgeable and direct. However what impressed us above all else was he never gave up on pushing us as a purchaser in order to achieve the very best result for his vendor. He has great integrity and never forgets he works for the vendor! It comes as no surprise to us that Simon now has an agency of his own and has employed a team of dedicated and like-minded professionals to work with him. Michael works hard under all sorts of circumstances. He provides true pricing guidance based on the market to ensure maximum results are achieved. Not misleading pricing guidance that bad agents give. Do you have a lazy agent? Michael is not lazy, instead of emailing you a PDF contract to try to print and sign, he will be on your doorstep with a printed contract at all hours, even after 9 pm or on Sundays working for you the seller! Could not ask for a better young agent.

Courtney was the agent for the seller of our new apartment in Newstead. Throughout the process she was just as amazing for me on the buying side as for the seller. Courtney made herself available for the many times I asked to see the apartment, and was the go-between for me when I was interested in buying some of the seller's furniture. During the last (stressful) weeks before settlement, she helped us out greatly by communicating with the sellers and explaining the situation when we required an extension due to delays in closing on our overseas property. I would not hesitate in recommending Courtney to anyone looking to either sell or buy a property in Brisbane's inner suburbs. Michael is incredible with his efficiency and effectiveness in getting our warehouse property out in the market. I've not seen him in 'action' as we were not there when he's with potential buyers, but the result of a sale in a difficult commercial market is the proof all one needs to demonstrate his negotiation and selling attributes. I can just imagine how much more effective he would be in the residential market. Go Michael!
