Simone was always very flexible with the times for our inspections and met with us several times outside of business hours. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Simone for her recent efforts regarding the sale of 178 James St, New Farm. She thoroughly explained in detail the different methods of sale available for us and after much consideration we decided to follow her recommendation that we take our home to auction. She was able to customise a marketing strategy that attracted a high number of buyers during the 4 week marketing campaign. Simone was consistent with her feedback and her work ethic and knowledge of the local area was of a high standard. After meeting with a buyer in Brisbane she drove to the Gold Coast to meet with us at 10pm the night before the auction and presented us with an opportunity to accept an offer at a price we were extremely happy with and was well above where our price expectations would have been at the auction. Her confidence and negotiation skills allowed for her to hold the buyers to compete in a pre-auction situation. Aaron is one of the most personable business people I have ever met. He gave me confidence from the moment we were introduced. We chose Aaron because he had a good knowledge of our area and that showed when we discussed previous sales in the area. What impressed me most was the level of communication after each open house and the following week. Everything was done by phone. There was no texting. I was able to ask questions and have things explained clearly. Aaron was very pro active in dealing with the tenants in our unit. Something that I would have found hard.
