At the time of sale, the apartment was rented to a somewhat difficult tenant, however, Aaron dealt with them in a very professional way that made the situation incredibly simple from my point of view. Throughout the sale Aaron was upfront and honest with how the process was going and what his thoughts were. The expectations he set were reasonable and in the end he exceeded them.
