Old tenants gave notice and nothing was done in the first two weeks subsequent which is apparently Place Policy, so I begged to have my property listed for rent. Jen agreed and did a magnificent job of the open home and was able to secure a tenant quickly with minimal vacancy in the hand over. Hopefully after this excellent result Place will review their policy.

We had a great experience with Place Realty and in particular Julie Collins during our time in the Rental in Kotara Street. Julie was always very responsive and helpful with our queries and any maintenance issues were quickly resolved.
