Whilst I have been a tenant with Place Nundah for almost 3 years, the last 12 months with Julie as my Property Manager has been such a positive experience. Not only does Julie have in-depth knowledge of the RTRA Act, but she is a master communicator with a down-to-earth personality and follows through on commitments. This skill is so important when working as a Property Manager, allowing both owners and tenants to rely on her expertise and advice. One thing that has brought me a great deal of comfort is Julie's consistency. I know that if I email her with a question, she will respond in a timely manner. We also know that we will receive water bills quarterly (instead of delayed or all at once) which allows us to budget correctly. With everything that I have experienced, I know that I would want Julie taking care of my investment property!

Julie Collins is an excellent property manager - experienced, knowledgeable, pro-active. She works quickly to ensure that both the owner's and tenant's needs are met, and she is on top of any maintenance issues straight away. She's recently re-let my property (in what are difficult times) - within a few weeks she had completed an Exit Report, arranged maintenance and cleaning, put the property up on the internet, conducted open inspections, and vetted and secured new tenants.
