My property manager Julie has been great through out the tenancy - always responds quickly and efficiently! Unfortunately We had to break Lease however Julie was understanding and was very quick to help re-lease the property with the new tenant moving in 3 days after us! Highly recommend.

Julie is a very efficient property manager. She is prompt in replying to emails, very thorough in finding appropriate tenants for my townhouse and nothing is too much trouble. Julie project managed the total refurbishing of my townhouse from painting to selecting appropriate carpet and everything in between including reverse cycle air conditioners, dishwasher, etc. If you want excellent service with a smile, Julie is the one.

From start to the property being leased, the process couldn’t of been simpler. Dani explained the process and all applicable costs.
