I met with one other agent before John but found her to be very pushy, which is not what I'm comfortable with. John was recommended to be by a friend and from the first meeting I felt confident he was the right agent for me. He was very professional and replied to my queries and calls very quickly. He has a great sense of humour and always seems so happy which makes him an easy person to be around. He certainly won over my elderly mother! I couldn't have been happier with the outcome of the sale. When John presented me with an offer over what I thought I'd get I was over the moon. I thoroughly recommend John as an agent.
