Denis was the lead agent in the purchase of my mum’s new townhouse and we couldn’t have been happier with the level of service and professionalism that we received. Honestly I had always been reluctant to view any home listed by a Place agent as, in my opinion, many of the sales results in the area were somewhat inflated, which as a buyer is undesirable. However we found Denis to be very friendly (not smarmy as some sales agents can be) and reasonable. He has great knowledge of the local market, having sold many properties in Camp Hill over the past few yeara. We felt that, with Denis's help, a good outcome was negotiated and we are very happy with the home we now have.
