He displayed a calm authority at all times, not only to us but also to potential buyers, with a high level of communication skills before, during and after our successful campaign. Crucially, he was always available to provide advice and answer questions. Nothing was ever too hard or too trivial thereby mitigating what is, by definition, a stressful time in anyone's life. I enlisted the help of PLACE REALTY Kangaroo Point after having my apartment on the market for 18 months with two other agents. I had no offers and what I would describe as less than optimal service with these other agencies. I wish I had listed with PLACE in the first instance as I cannot speak highly enough of the service received from them. My agent at PLACE, Savva Koulouris had a thoroughly professional attitude from day one. He had the knowledge and expertise to advise how to list and market my apartment and kept me briefed throughout the entire process. He was prompt in returning phone calls and always had time to talk and explain any queries that I had. His attitude was always positive and he delivered what he he promised. The apartment was sold in a quick timeframe and his negotiation skills resulted in both a very happy buyer and seller. I was quite disheartened prior to dealing with Savva, but he quickly showed me the results that an honest, enthusiastic and trustworthy real estate agent can achieve.

From the first time we met Savva at the property he was professional, knowledgeable and left us to look and make our own opinions. In no way was he pushy which is a quality which many other agents have not quite grasped. He was always very easy to contact via text message, email and phone and very helpful and prompt with replies.
