Honestly I had always been reluctant to view any home listed by a Place agent as, in my opinion, many of the sales results in the area were somewhat inflated, which as a buyer is undesirable. However we found Denis to be very friendly (not smarmy as some sales agents can be) and reasonable. He has great knowledge of the local market, having sold many properties in Camp Hill over the past few yeara. We felt that, with Denis's help, a good outcome was negotiated and we are very happy with the home we now have. We always felt well informed throughout the purchasing process and were so satisfied with the service provided that we then engaged Denis to sell our old house. I have known James for 5 years and have been very thankful for his frank appraisal of our property. He is a man of integrity and doesn't try to buy business by exaggerating the expectations. Our home was unique and took extra effort to find the right buyer but James persevered and also was happy to spend their own extra cash to keep up on the promotions.
