Our Rental

Great Property Management
We have been with Harcourts for about 10 years. Just recently we lost a great tenant whom purchased a new home. Harcourts were proactive with this and gave us as landlords a couple of months notice and worked through a advertising and rental price plan. Through their advertising, networks, and long standing presence in the community we had many applicants, even some from outer state. Within a couple of weeks we had some vetted tenants lined up about a month out from when the current tenants were to exit. To add, Harcourts property managers are friendly and knowledgeable; and their billing system is timely and accurate, as is their quarterly inspections. We as landlords feel our property is in safe hands with Harcourts.

Responsive agency
Harcourts have been great and they are very responsive. I would like a little more guidance from them on some issues as this is my first investment property and QLD seems a very different rental market to Sydney, which is what I'm used to. That said, I certainly would recommend that as they take care of everything for me!
