Owen was very knowledgeable of value of areas within the Sunnybank area and potential for development of our property and sub division of our block. He provided contact details of a town planner available to us for further discussion. Owen was chosen by us after discussion with other agents for their knowledge of our area and energy to to get the property sold at a premium price.

Over the years ,Owen has been contracting us and keeping us updated with the market changes. When the time to sell came ,Owen was our first choice of Real Estate Agent. Place Sunnybank's marketing campaign together with Owen's existing buyer data base attracted 8 registered bidders and generated 52 biddings at auction. Owen's team and the auctioneer Mark did a very good job. They pushed the price all the way up and their public negotiation skills were impressive. Eventually our property was sold at auction at a price that we were very happy with. Owen is the most experienced and skilful agent in the Sunnybank area and I would highly recommended Owen and his team to anyone who wants to sell their property.

Owen helped us bought this house 4 years ago, we were impressed with his friendly approach. 4 years late, when our family decide to upgrade, we go back to Owen with hesitation. without doubt, Owen sold our house with a price that we are happy with, offers arrived , and the only thing we need to do is to pick the best offer, if you are thinking about selling in Sunnybank surrounding areas, Owen Chen is the agent to go to.

It is with great pleasure and satisfaction I am writing this review. Over several years Owen has assisted me with the sale of my property. When I was finally ready to proceed it went ahead quickly and trouble free. A record price was achieved for our street with Owen, Ping and their team working diligently toward that result. Both Owen and Ping presented in a very professional and friendly manner and no hesitation in recommending their services.

We met with Owen for the first time 7 months before we decided to put our house on the market. We were looking to get an idea of values, how the market was going and what we may need to do (makeover) to ensure we maximise the value when selling. Owen was very professional when we first met with him, he was not pushy and gave us a lot of information & things to consider. When we finished our house "makeover" and it came time for us to consider selling the house 7 months later we engaged with a couple of different agents. We decided to choose Owen as we was very professional in his approach, he explained things in detail when required and answered all questions we had very well. Owen made suggestions about marketing and sales methods but we always felt that the choice was ours he just highlighted what was available. Owens appraisal of the property was a fair one and he did not try to "inflate" a price he thought he would get just to obtain a listing. We chose to Auction our property and although it did not sell on the day Owen and his team where exceptional, what they did was professional and both him and the team pushed to try and obtain maximum price on the day, it was just unlucky we just did not have the right buyer on the day. I can say they where exceptional as I attended a many other Auctions in the area and the caliber was not as good as what Owen and the team delivered. After auction we then priced the house and this was our decision on what price we set. Owen never pushed us to lower the price and we always felt like we had control over what we set. Owen did a great job over a couple of open homes post auction and obtained a contract on the property for what we felt was a very good price. He not only got a good price the contract was unconditional the day we signed the contract. I would highly recommend Own to use as an agent and will definitely use him again in the future. Thanks Owen to you and the team for getting the result we set out for!

We would like to thank for owen's assisting to purchase 7 coultis st sunnybank. I was looking to buy a house with intension that my mum can move into the house which is close to Market Square. we met with owen and his team during open houses in Sunnybank almost every Saturday, they were very active in selling sunnybank properties. Owen also contacted me personally and asked me about my requirements about our next house in order for him to match the best possible house to us. During the negotiation we also felt owen handled with professional manner, there were 4 offers on the table that seller can choose from, owen suggested that we try our best amount, terms and conditions we can to increase our chance. I do believe every buyer has been given enough time and equal information to make their final decision. we won the property, although we may paid top dollar, but we still happy with the new home that our mum can eventually move in and enjoy the convince location of sunnybank.

Dear owen: Thanks for assisting me and my family to purchase our dream home at 12 Golden Ave, Calamvale. As you know, we came back to see the house 3 times and we really have emotional attachment to the house , the first class presentation of the property, the beautiful backyard, the lovely neighbor all makes us wants to be the new owner of the house asap.
