Jacky was very organised throughout the entire buying process. From the very beginning he was prepared, he had paper copies of the building and pest reports at auction, answered all out questions and clearly knew the property he was selling in depth. He knew all the names of our neighbours and could tell us details of the neighbourhood we’d be moving to. He was very communicative throughout the whole process and easy to contact.

Owen was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the area. Him and his team’s communication regarding the process of buying the property was excellent as well.

I had a great experience purchasing a home through Owen and his team. They truly know the local market inside and out, and their expertise shows in the quality of the properties they offer. Owen ensures that buyers get great listings at fair prices, and I’ve heard from many others that his clients are always highly satisfied. If you’re looking for a reliable and knowledgeable real estate expert, I’d definitely recommend Owen and his team!

Owen is a very knowledgeable agent. He has regularly stayed in contact over many years and has always been prompt with my request. He shared many strategies to how we could achieve our goal and set up a robust plan. Explain many of details. He oversaw our sale and allocate David Song to run our campaign. Friendly, professional and personal. He is building a seller team at Place. Would sell with Owen and the place team again.

David is a fantastic agent to work with. He is beyond exceptional. He will go far in his career! The agent to use. He is knowledgeable, flexible, hardworking and a great guy. He had a hard task with our property and was super committed to achieve our goal - with Success! He shared so much knowledge with us on the process of selling and buying and also explained his process or actions through out the campaign. Never pushy and above all else - Honest. His campaign was excellent - He worked with us on price of marketing and cost to suit our budget. Ad launch was perfect, off market/customer referrals database to attract them to our property, maximized open houses for volume attendance (50 plus groups through), created professional fanfare for inspections, followed up all attendees with detail and created a emotional want/need to purchase our property " best in area, best value" with potential buyers. Post sale he has been in regular contact on settlement and providing information. Thank you David for all your handwork. Happy seller
