Daniel assisted us in what was a very complicated sale due to personal circumstances. He was able to arrange a sale condition which at the time was exactly what we wanted. However, we had to pivot last minute to an alternate and despite the short turnaround Daniel was able to get everything sorted for us and have a buyer from our first open home.
