It is the second time we dealt with Andy Guo. The only difference this time is we are the sellers instead of the buyers in 2021. Being a one-stop shop sales agent, our investment property got sold by Andy Guo with the price we are happy with. Well done! Highly recommended him to those thinking of selling & buying in Southside.

Owen is extremely experienced in the local real estate market and made time personally in ensuring the highest standard of marketing for our property. Owen utilised his experience to negotiate the best possible price and we were overwhelmed with the result. Owen is highly visible and well respected in our area so it was an easy decision to choose Owen, David and the team at Place to market our property. It has been a pleasant experience to deal with Owen and his team through the sale of our property.

I cannot speak highly enough of David Song and his efforts to market our property. David worked tirelessly throughout in a most professional manner to attract buyers and obtain the best possible price on auction day. We are very grateful to David. We selected David as our agent as we have seen him for the last 3 years door knocking the local area and often chatting to him in passing about the local market. David's work ethic, drive and passion were the key reasons we chose David to market our family home

We had wonferful experience with David when selling our house in Sunnybank hills. He has extended knowledge about the market, he is working extremely hard to meet the customer's needs, he is a good listener, communicating with the sellers all the time. We definitely recommend David for all the sellers.
