OWEN proved once again that he well understands the real estate business in Brisbane. His recommendations were excellent and his organisation of the strong support team at Place Real Estate ensured great alignment of slick actions with the sale objectives our home. Owen also only uses the best people for photography, marketing and auctioneering as evident with the successful build up and outcome of the auction itself.. His professional experience and commitment to the seller ensured a well executed auction that yielded the best outcome possible. Because he familiarises/aligns himself with your priorities and values, he certainly is an agent that you want working for your interests. We highly recommend Owen and his talented team.

When we decided to sell our family home there was only one person we trusted with this important decision. Andy Guo from place realestate was outstanding right from the start. His expert advice and in-depth knowledge of the area put us at ease right away. Andy assisted us through every step of the process and kept us informed in a professional timely manner. Without doubt the hardest working agent in our area. We were delighted with the result Andy achieved for the sale of our home and for the assistance and advice on the purchase of our new home. Thank you for delivering above expectations for our family, it made a big difference to us. No hesitation in recommending Andy Gou for your local realestate agent.

I'm truly fortunate to have had Andy as my purchasing agent for my recent property acquisition. Andy provided excellent service as a mediator between the vendor, buyer, solicitor, and mortgage broker, making it feel like a one-stop experience. What stands out the most is Andy's commitment to providing exceptional service even after the deal became unconditional. Many agents tend to offer less at that stage, but Andy exceeded expectations. I highly recommend Andy to all sellers or buyers.
