We meet Jacky at an open home for a unit that we have subsequently purchased. From the very beginning he was professional and polite. The open home was well organised and the small home extremely well presented. Jacky took took time to talk to us and answer our questions and did not rush us and he wasn't pushy. He made the offer process very smooth and I felt that he was doing the best by his client but also was looking after us too. Since our offer has been accepted, Jacky has maintained communication and at all times has been an absolute delight to deal with. He answers emails quickly and is always happy to help. David Song has provided all information to myself and my brother in the selling of my late mothers house.
