Owen is a very trustworthy agent. He is very talented in his professional. When I decided to sell the house, I have a lot of uncertainty because it is not our will to sell the property in the first place. We have a sudden job appointment overseas and whether renting the property or keep it empty is still undecided. We told Owen that we will try to put it out to the market for a shot period of time.If it was not sold before that, we will terminate the contract and keep the property. Owen and his team are very efficient in their job. Within a few days, all the preparation is completed and my house is ready to show to the buyers. Even before the house is on the market, Owen has already contacted many potential buyers. On the 1st open day, there were about 30+ viewers and my house is sold after the 45-minute-openning! We couldn't believed that is true when we received the call from overseas. That's amazing! I would like to say to Owen and his team: You are extraordinary! and a big "THANK YOU to all of you!"
