While preparing my house for sale I reviewed the 3 major agencies operating in Sunnybank Hills for about 3 months using realestate.com. I subsequently appointed Place without even talking to the other 2 agencies, a decision I don't regret. The photos and marketing material on realestate,com was excellent, I couldn't fault their dedication to working with everyone who expressed interest in the property and the Place auctioneer was clearly experienced and skilled, the energy in the room and numbers attending was a surprise to me. A good result reflective of my expectations based on my initial realestate.com review prior to appointing Place to sell my house. They get results
