Results, results, results! That's what Owen and his team deliver on. Owen was well prepared, had great knowledge of the area, and explained to us the selling strategy. We were able to achieve a great result in a challenging market. Highly recommended.

I can not recommend highly enough Andy Guo & Owen Chen from Place Sunnybank. They worked tirelessly to market and sell my house at the best price they could achieve. Andy would call everyday to update me on progress and was available to advise me and answer any questions I had. The team also helped coordinate tradesmen to update the house in preparation for sale. Andy, Owen and the team went beyond expectations with the effort they made to sell my house. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone thinking of selling.

Jacky looked after us well as buyers from start to end. Nothing was ever too much. Has the local area market knowledge and can tell he genuinely cares about his clients. Even helped to recommend us the handyman and contacts we needed for our new home long after settlement with follow up. An agent you definitely want to deal with as a buyer or seller.

My family loves listings from Owen and his team. We really liked seeing him in open homes because we knew the property would worth its purchase price. Very trustworthy sales, we’d love to purchase from him again!
