Owen had consistently remained in contact with us for the past eight years. We knew he had sold many properties in Sunnybank. We appreciated the time Owen took to explain his marketing strategies. His team were very on board and kept us informed. We were very impressed with his vision for the lead up to auction, the video and photographs and the team made the open house process easy. We were kept up to date with how the campaign interest and open homes were progressing with written and oral reports. The auctioneer and whole team supported us throughout the whole process and despite being sceptical about about an auction, we did snd sold with with an outcome that suited our current circumstances - longer settlement and rent back option. Thank you to all of the team as it was a team event.

We have had a relationship with Owen since we purchased our house through him in 2012. This year, 2021, we needed to sell based on our family life being in a different area to Sunnybank re school and work.
