Owen provided Off market sale strategy, we sold our house for a very high price ( street record) with 10 buyers made offers. We as a vendor can fully utilise Owen’s large buyer database to maximise the price. Love Owen’s off market selling strategy , it truly worked in our best interest. If you are thinking about selling give him a call, highly recommended

Our property sold in 2 days with satisfactory price. We have tenants currently still livings in the property. Owen help us to find the suitable buyer looking for investment which won’t interrupt the current lease. Excellent works!

I am in property development and have dealt with many real estate agents both as a purchaser and vendor over the years, and Owen Chen is the best of them all. Owen communicated a clear and cogent plan for my parents property, helped organised local contractors for necessary works and sold the property for a price above our expectations with minimal fuss and input from us. I could not recommend Owen highly enough for his professionalism, clear communication and delivery of results.

Andy is a very hard working agent that goes the extra mile to ensure that both sides of a house purchase get what they are looking for. He is also very genuine, reliable and excellent with keeping us informed throughout the buying process. He actively helped us with finding the right property according to our requirements, took time to understand what we wanted and was never pushy about potential properties that he helped us find. Highly recommended whether you are buying or selling.

Being the first home buyer, we are fortunate to have Andy as our real estate agent. He is very patient in answering our queries, knowledgeable in analysing the market objectively and possess a sense of responsibility in getting paperwork completed, even at midnight. We are appreciative of the effort he put, in helping us to purchase our ideal house in this unpredictable market condition.

Owen was recommended to us by a friend from another franchise in another suburb, Owen lived up to this strong recommendation. Owen was concise, stepping us through every aspect of the sale. Owen listed to and responded to all our questions, in a knowledgeable and respectful manner. Owen's recommendation of the "how" to sell our home was the correct one, producing an excellent result. Owens extensive experience in real estate was invaluable to us.
