Owen was a through professional throughout the process of selling our house. His knowledge of our area was exceptional and his suggestions on how to get the best price for our house were spot on. Owen was very approachable and was always available to answer our many questions. Our house was sold at the first open house at the price that we were after. We highly recommend Owen’s services to anybody after a top gun agent.

We recently sold a property, Jason got the price we wanted and went out of his way in the after sales to make the whole selling process hassle free for us. We recommend Jason to anyone considering selling and you can be assured of a great experience.

I felt incredibly confident from the moment I met Owen. His market knowledge is extensive and his ability to formulate an effective strategy is far superior to anything I have seen from other agents. He communicates his expectations as well as buyer feedback clearly and in detail. This direct and honest approach is exactly what I expected from a top rated agent. After working with Owen, there is little wonder as to why he is held is such high regard with the Place group. Our expectations were certainly exceeded in every way. He's just a great guy ... thank you Owen!

We appreciated Owen’s professionalism, local knowledge and perseverance. We consulted with a few agents but decided to sign up with Owen and were pleased that he remained the sole agent showing our home. He maintained consistent communication with us and was respectful of our decisions in the process. Owen achieved a positive outcome for both the seller & buyer. Would recommend Owen and his teams services to others.

We bought this home at auction from Owen Chen at Place Sunnybank. Pleased with the service & after sales support we received from him and his team from the day of purchase all the way up to settlement which gave us confidence. It has been a smooth process. Can tell he is a true professional in the area with his reputation and genuine and open approach to both his buyers and sellers. No problem to recommend Owen and his team to family and friends and use his services again.

We interviewed a number of top performing agents in the area but always felt comfortable with Owen as the contact with him always felt genuine and transparent. After signing him as our agent, he always maintained one on one interaction with us and did not delegate us to his team so he could focus on securing another listing. He immediately utilised his significant database of qualified buyers to line up a number of inspections before the property was event listed. During the sales process, he applied his years of experience and well developed negotiating skills to achieve not just a great price for us, but also a contract with attractive auction-like conditions. He mitigated any issues that could lead to the contract crashing for us and we couldn't be happier with selecting him as our agent.
