I was very happy with the way Owen and his team dealt with the sale of the property. I felt confident that Owen did his very best to obtain the best price in the difficult market. The price was less than I expected but can understand that selling in a pandemic was difficult. I had to adjust my expectation accordingly. I will use Owen again if I sell.

I chose Owen due to his reputation in the Sunnybank/Sunnybank Hills area. I found him to be knowledgeable about what was happening in the area with regard to past and recent sales which gave me a good indication about the value of my property. Owens large buyer database, negotiation skills and friendly no-nonsense attitude helped me secure a good price on the sale of our home. I would highly recommend Owen and his team.
