We have just sold our third house through David and the Belle Manly Qld team. David is professional yet approachable and easy to talk to. His communication and work ethic are outstanding and he leads his team by the highest example. Thank you again for making this process so easy and hassle free!

David and the team were fantastic with helping us buy a property in Manly QLD while we were in NSW (during Covid). As we were unable to visit the property David and the team made it super easy to view remotely and organise everything - from recommending inspectors, conveyancers and local finance brokers. FANTASTIC experience end to end! Thank you

David, Kate and the team at Belle Manly work work effectively and efficiently together. David’s approach throughout the purchase was professional and he was always available to assist when required throughout the purchase. The finer detail like Kate meeting us at the property with the keys on the morning that we moved in helped make for a smooth transition into our new home. Thank-you for all of the assistance, it’s been greatly appreciated.

David and his team were a pleasure to work with. They explained each step of the process in detail and made sure that everything ran smoothly throughout our campaign. David is very efficient, caring and professional in his dealings. We were pleased to be able to engage David to assist us with the Auction of our home and would warmly recommend him and his team to other potential vendors.

We were very happy with the professionalism and attention to detail shown by David, Kate, Renee, and all the crew at Belle Manly. They were 100% efficient, reliable, and supportive. Their communication skills were excellent and they kept us fully updated every step of the way. We would have absolutely no problem recommending David and his staff to friends and neighbours who were thinking of moving and would be fully confident they would do a brilliant job.

As a family we all recommend the work of David and his team, because David doesn't come alone. When he took on the job of selling our house he partnered with us through our pre-sale renovations (by recommending some excellent trades persons and providing key advice on value add renovations); he had an excellent media team which connected with us early on so we could provide personal input into advertising and the photographic team did a great job; and finally when it came to market reach, the work in preparing and advertising our house along with his mailing list of contacts meant that there were more than enough people to bid for the option to buy. If any detail was unclear or if a buyer had an issue, David and his team were prompt in keeping me informed so I could make the best decisions. I have sold quite a few houses over the years, and I really valued the local knowledge, the personal approach and the strengh of his team and network.

David is a person that you can feel very comfortable from start to finish. He has a wealth of knowledge of the Bayside area and was approachable and made us feel at ease. David and his team sold our home after the first open home, above the desired price. We were very happy with David and his team, and we feel very confident recommending him to anyone else choosing to put their home on the market.

David was very friendly and approachable. He communicated very well throughout the process and was able to clearly explain how the auction process works, for someone that has never been to one before! He negotiated between us and the seller in good faith.
