David, Rebekah and the team were excellent to work with during the selling of our home. Selling our first home was little daunting at first but David guided us through with professional and trustworthy advice and made the experience a lot less stressful for us. David and his team at Belle Manly are a very professional efficient unit. The selling process was well organised, and I achieved a very quick sale considering the market conditions at the price I hoped for. Very happy! My only regret, was not reading the Form 6 sales contract more thoroughly, and not negotiating the commission fee up front, and possibly shopping around for a more competitive fee. Was quite a shock to see what 2.75% equated to when the sale was successful, on top of the advertising costs. Note to self for next time. Otherwise a positive experience, thank you Belle Manly.

David and his team have very open and consistent communication throughout the process. someone will provide an update after every open, call with any concerns or issues and send reminders of the next steps. David also ensures as owner/Director that he is still available and not palming the listing to juniors. I have enjoyed having Belle Manly as part of my team and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I had 2 sales with David. The first was a bit of a nightmare - contract signed but then the buyer threw up all sorts of hurdles. Throughout the ordeal David was absolutely professional and his communication with me was faultless.
