Excellent Agent with Customer Focus

Helen is an excellent agent with a thorough knowledge of real estate and the needs of prospective buyers. On our first meeting, she was closing the open house but stayed back to allow us to have a good inspection of the property. There were a few barriers to our being able to make this purchase but Helen presented us with a number of options. On our second inspection, we knew that it was the house for us and while it was a longer than usual contract because of the conditions on our sale, she negotiated with the seller and made it possible for us to achieve the home that we really wanted. As the buyer of the property is actually my elderly mother-in-law, Helen made life simple by coming to our house to make everything easy regarding document signing etc. Helen deserves the highest praise for her assistance with this purchase and we can very highly recommend her to any prospective buyer or seller
