I don’t normally take the time to write reviews unless it is well above and beyond. The service provided by Shelley warrants my willingness to spend time on this. Shelley has been managing my townhouse for 4 years. During this time, there were difficult tenants that Shelley demonstrated her skills in tackling all the issues. Damages by tenants were successfully claimed from their bonds with Shelley proactively getting various quotes for repairs/replacements to support the negotiations with tenants and for insurance claims if need be. On new leases, Shelley demonstrated her market knowledge and managed to secure tenants quickly while achieving the best possible rent for me. It is hard to find a property manager that is with the same pace and thoughts as landlords. Shelley is definitely the one!! I highly recommend Shelley and Plan A if you’d like to have a stress free management of your investment properties. :)
