I recently turned to Plan A Property to find a tenant and then manage my rental property in Paddington. Both Shelley and Craig came by to inspect the property and both made valuable and knowledgeable suggestions on what to do to make the property more attractive to prospective tenants. Shelley's photographs made a great job of highlighting the best features of the property. The advertising went online toward the end of the week and there was a good turnout for the Saturday open. The property was rented by Monday afternoon. I cannot ask for better than that. A key requirement of mine with people involved with the management and maintenance of my property is that I like them being in the house. This is certainly the case with Shelley and Craig.
