Feedback from them was honest and detailed from all potential buyers-with daily updates provided . I would highly recommend Rosalie and Mark to anyone thinking of selling their home. I found them to have a vast knowledge of the market in Stanmore and surrounds. They did not give us any false expectations in regards to price and came up with a strategy to sell the house quickly and for a price that we were happy with. Thay made no promises that they didn't deliver on. Their patience in their dealing with my mother who is elderly was exemplary, they were neither pushy or demanding. Once we put the house on the market we were kept informed every step of the way with progress reports on open homes and media advertising progress. On Auction day, they along with the Auctionner worked tiresly to get the best outcome for us. We did sell on the day, for a price that we were happy with, and in a climate where only 50% or just over clearance rate is the norm, that really saids a lot about the agent. Another thing I also noticed on Auction day was that they desplayed the same integrity with the couple that purchased the property also. It was a very hard decision for us to put our old family home up for sale, but Rosalie and Mark made the actual selling of it effortless. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Without doubt Rosalie and Mark Gordon @ Planet Properties in Croydon are one of the best in their field. A level of professionalism unlike many other, humble, honest, always ready to go the extra mile and boy do they know in particular, the Inner West market backwards. I truly believe it is a far better call to go with a family owned boutique Independent Real estate agency that CARE. I have worked with other larger agencies in the past and they simply don’t compare. Planet’s personalised customer service is outstanding and their consistent top level results throughout the Inner West speaks for itself. A little plug also for their property management team, Rita Gibson and Claudine Cornall.
