It was a bit of a whirlwind but their professionalism and support gave us the reassurance that we had done the right thing, and we did. 8 years on, when we outgrew our inner city apartment we knew we would choose Mark and Rosalie to handle the sale. They had just sold our neighbours apartment prior to auction for a great price. We were a little nervous though, as 2020 has been a very difficult and unpredictable year. Mark and Rosalie stepped up and assured us we would be sold before Christmas, hopefully before we went to auction, and we did. We also got a better price than we imagined due to the timing. Rosalie and Mark Gordon from Planet Properties are everything we could possibly ask for from real estate agents. They are independent and boutique, and so give you personalised quality attention. They are passionate and professional about their work, and their excitement is palpable in working with them. They have the highest ethical standards and are good people. And they are extremely adaptable. We have had experience in both selling from and buying with them. Both experiences were a pleasure, and in both cases they more than did the right thing by both seller and buyer. In our most recent experience they helped us to sell a wonderful Art Deco apartment in a market that was becoming dicey. They helped us generate lots of quality genuine interest and got a good and fair price. Surely more or less anyone can sell a good property at a decent and fair price when things are hot, but it takes skill and experience to do likewise when the environment is tougher. From engagement, to preparation for sale, to photography, to the advertising campaign and then through the path to finalising a sale contract they were superb. We have now known Mark and Rosalie for over 12 years and we cannot recommend them highly enough.
