I know Rosalie because she said hello to me walking past my house every day for ten years. She had no assurance I would work with her but that didn't stop her saying hello. Rosalie guided me through the process without putting her agenda first. It was my agenda she supported. Remember that for a percentage of the sale it makes little difference for an agent whether you sell $100,000 over or under. It makes a huge difference to the seller. Many agents will start out friendly and then pressure your price down because they get their commission quicker. Rosalie stuck with me through a couple of low offers and never put her needs before mine. I recommend her without reservation.
