There are not enough words to express my gratitude to Rosalie with the result obtained at auction of my mother's property (a deceased estate). Not only did she win me with her charming personality but with their honesty and 'care' factor which seems to be 'missing' in the property market. It didn't end there.... she insisted in helping us find our new home and acted as our buyers agent with no additional cost at all. She was fantastic at communicating and only a phone call away. I know Rosalie because she said hello to me walking past my house every day for ten years. She had no assurance I would work with her but that didn't stop her saying hello. Rosalie guided me through the process without putting her agenda first. It was my agenda she supported. Remember that for a percentage of the sale it makes little difference for an agent whether you sell $100,000 over or under. It makes a huge difference to the seller. Many agents will start out friendly and then pressure your price down because they get their commission quicker. Rosalie stuck with me through a couple of low offers and never put her needs before mine. I recommend her without reservation.
