I was selling a deceased Estate so left everything up to Rita and whist she always ran things by me, her choices and advice were always perfect. We chose Rosalie as we are very protective of homes that have beautiful heritage features like ours. She understands the value of heritage( sadly, a lot of other agents and buyers don't) and is on our wavelength. Whilst there is no guarantee that a new owner will not pull it down, she honed in on our desire to find a buyer who would appreciate the beautiful heritage features as much as we did when we bought it. Rosalie was always very communicative, honest, genuinely friendly and understanding. It was an emotional sell for us but she fought very hard for us to find the RIGHT buyer for our home that we will always love and remember.
