Rita and her team were nothing short of simply amazing. I was selling a deceased Estate so left everything up to Rita and whist she always ran things by me, her choices and advice were always perfect. The photos were exceptional with an aerial shot of the house and land showcased on the sign. Rita's professionalism and compassion made this experience really easy at a really hard time. She constantly gave me updates and it was reassuring to be able to rely on her and her team. Auction day was tough at first but then I met the team of people who Rita had brought on board, especially the Auctioneer who took the time to chat to me and my siblings about the house history and my Uncle who has passed. The atmosphere the team created on the day. the manner in which the auction was conducted and the 4 week campaign was a big reason I believe we made a substantial amount above reserve. I could not recommend Rita and her Team enough, you will not be disappointed!

We chose Rosalie as we are very protective of homes that have beautiful heritage features like ours. She understands the value of heritage( sadly, a lot of other agents and buyers don't) and is on our wavelength. Whilst there is no guarantee that a new owner will not pull it down, she honed in on our desire to find a buyer who would appreciate the beautiful heritage features as much as we did when we bought it. Rosalie was always very communicative, honest, genuinely friendly and understanding. It was an emotional sell for us but she fought very hard for us to find the RIGHT buyer for our home that we will always love and remember. We sold in a difficult market but we still got a price that was reasonable despite this and again, she fought very hard for that. We were selling remotely but Rosalie made everything run smoothly and stress free so that we never had to worry about anything at all. She organised everything from gardeners to cleaners to ensure the property was maintained during the selling time. We were also always kept up to date with the market and feedback from potential buyers every week and more often if it was needed. We would absolutely highly recommend her.
