Buying property in the current Sydney market is like stepping onto a roller coaster and discovering that you are missing your seat belt, leaving you to just hang on for the white knuckle ride that is about it ensue! And after a number of rides with the same twists and turns, I was lucky enough to meet Mark and Rosalie who were able to take the roller coaster and turn it into a Ferris wheel. From our initial meeting through to settlement day they were there; there to answer any of my questions, there to provide honest and upfront price guides, and there to support negotiations for me as a buyer. They were both very responsive to communications, knowledgeable about the property and area, and their enthusiasm and support throughout the whole process I could not fault. Rosalie and Mark made the process easy and swift with a real sense of genuineness and authenticity that I had not experienced with the other agents I met along my buying journey. Whilst I am happy to say that the ride has now finished for me, I am glad that I was able to finish it with such a great team, and if I was ever thinking of stepping back into the market I would not hesitate to go straight to Mark and Rosalie as they certainly turned my experience into a memorable one for all the right reasons!
