Buying property in the current Sydney market is like stepping onto a roller coaster and discovering that you are missing your seat belt, leaving you to just hang on for the white knuckle ride that is about it ensue! And after a number of rides with the same twists and turns, I was lucky enough to meet Mark and Rosalie who were able to take the roller coaster and turn it into a Ferris wheel. Tom and I bought our property ( home ) 8 years ago through Rosalie and Mark Gordon of Planet Properties. It was a bit of a whirlwind but their professionalism and support gave us the reassurance that we had done the right thing, and we did. 8 years on, when we outgrew our inner city apartment we knew we would choose Mark and Rosalie to handle the sale. They had just sold our neighbours apartment prior to auction for a great price. We were a little nervous though, as 2020 has been a very difficult and unpredictable year.
