Like many people I have in the past had a number of dealings with Real Estate Agents. Accordingly I was rather cautious when dealing with Porter Matthews Metro, what I found has changed my mind somewhat. Right from the beginning Hasi was upfront with the pros and cons coming up. He presented us with a week by week scenario of what he felt was the most effective way to promote and sell our property, including advertising and selling date. On the basis of this we signed up with him. The following weeks went exactly as planned and we sold on the forecast date. I found Hasi's knowledge and honesty a refreshing change from past experience. When we next have the need of a Real Estate Agent we will deal with Hasi exclusively.

Hasi was a great estate agent to deal with. All communication was easy, and the whole buying process was transparent through their agency. There was some plumbing items I needed fixed prior to settlement, and Hasi handled the arrangement of the repairs seamlessly. Friendly, personable and knowledgeable man. Thanks Hasi!

Raveen’s knowledge and people skills are exceptional with his persona making you feel at ease and comfortable with the sale process from start to finish. His confidence makes you feel you can trust his word and does not make you feel as if any question is unimportant. Raveen would be a great fit for not only a seller but a buyer too.

Nick and Alex viewed the property, estimated the sale price and also gave some tips to improve sellability. They waisted no time and started home opens the day after I had signed their agreement and had the property under contract within a week. Great stuff!

We would highly recommend Nick as the best agent to sell your home. He is professional, friendly, helpful and excellent at communicating with us on every aspect of the process. Nothing seemed too much trouble.

Nick had sold our previous property in Forrestfield, so when we were ready to sell our investment property we had no hesitation in contacting Nick. His knowledge of sales and the area made it a pleasant experience. Even though the market was in a slump our property sold in good time. Thanks again Mick and would not hesitate to use him as our agent at a future date.

Nick communicates very well and constantly tries different ways to get a sale. Well done Nick.
