I believe Davids experience in the area of Rivervale is extensive and mainly the reason why we first chose him to sell my mothers Deceaced Estate home. He kept us in the loop every step of the way and was ready to assist when ever necessary. We were not able to achieve the asking price, but given the economic climate and the fact that very few times in my experience that you do, he was able to raise the first offer price to an acceptable sale price( about half way). Especially when we declined three offers to get it. Well done David!

Hasi's face is a familiar icon on real estate paraphernalia around Beckenham and surrounding suburbs. We thought that given his presence in the region he was bound to know what he was doing, and we were right. From the outset Hasi was responsive, easily contacted and upfront. He was very professional and approachable. He didn't tell us what we wanted to hear, but what we needed to understand. There was no false hope or false promises. There was also no pressure.
