I always thought realestate agents were for the sellers but as a buyer he was so helpful and supportive and really seemed to have my best interests at heart. Nick sold me my first home and I’m so grateful for him. Really appreciated his kindness, patience and support. From little things like, getting the gardeners out prior to moving in to cut the overgrown grass, making sure things were fixed. Nick's knowledge of the market was exceptional, and he was always easy to get hold off and happy to answer any questions despite how minor. Nick was also very good at keeping us up to speed with where things were at through the whole process. The added bonus is Nick & Alex being the dynamic duo - when we engaged Nick we also got Alex who assisted with various items and was available if Nick was away. Deciding on which real estate agent to sell my first home with was a difficult decision.
