What an adventure it has been! It came to pass that I was required to part with a most precious parcel of land, a decision not made lightly. In the fuss of preparations, I misplaced my spectacles, but pay that no mind; I am, after all, a stubborn and thoroughly independent woman. Summoning my ever-loyal carriage driver, I declared we ride to the office of real estate affairs, immediately. Upon arrival, the scene was oddly dim, and I presumed some manner of construction or secret plotting was afoot. Undeterred, I ventured onward until I discovered two gentlemen clad in crisp white blouses. At first, they spoke not a word, silent as the grave, but no sooner had I requested they take on the sale than they sprang into action like sailors spotting land after a long voyage. With the matter well in hand, I returned a second time, this time with spectacles firmly in place, only to find I had journeyed more than I imagined. We parked outside what I can only describe as a pirates tavern, no doubt frequented by rogues and rum-soaked raconteurs. My young driver, amused beyond reason, dashed inside for a celebratory drink. And there they were, the very same two pirates (gentlemen?) who had taken up the request. How they managed to sell a plot of land so far from the water, I shall never comprehend. But sell it they did and for a fine sum, at that. I thanked them earnestly for securing a splendid deal, and with that, I made my escape. Highly recommended. Though I implore you, say nothing to the noblemen of my dealings with pirates. This recommendation shall remain, quite purposefully… unsigned. First and most importantly, Nick, with the help of his brother Alex, sold two of our properties for more than we had anticipated. The combined total was over 20% over what we thought we’d get for them. We had some rather unusual things happen throughout the process. Nick managed these “issues” with grace and a big smile. What made him, or should we say they, perform so well is their creative approach to selling. The videos they produced were excellent and yielded a tremendous amount of interest in each one of the two properties. The videos were witty, playful and catchy, but they still managed to get through important features professionally. It is easy to tell that they actually love what they are doing; it comes through very clearly in the videos. The videos were then expertly marketed, resulting in a large number of inquiries and a good number of interested buyers, giving rise to a bidding war at the end. Throughout the process, Nick and Alex were excellent communicators, easy to deal with, and saw solutions rather than problems. We are happy to recommend Nick and Alex to anyone selling a property. We feel confident that they’ll under-promise and over-deliver.

Alex Mitchell, one of the Mitchell Brothers are 2nd to none. I had worked with the boys for a few years previously & I used to listen to them in action so it was an obvious choice when my husband & I decided to sell, to give them a call .. That was only a weeks ago & now we are sold & moved out at the end of last month..
