Hasi did a great job selling my property despite complications which occurred when the tenant hesitated to moved out. It was an unexpected and shocking experience when the tenant responded that they were going to challenge this matter in court. Although this situation became a burden for everyone involved in the dealing, Hasi understood the situation and did everything possible to resolve this issue in a diplomatic way with an amicable solution. The situation we went through was a tough time. It's not necessary the concerned persons understood our thoughts and intentions, instead they may have misconceived us. With my hard work I managed to find an alternative place for the tenants to move out. With Hasi's strong dedication and expertise in the profession he overcame this successfully. I found Hasi to be a honest, understanding and extremely helpful person during troubling times. I recommend him as a reliable and efficient Real estate agent to sell or buy your next property! As an Aussie, like all Aussies, I moved to several major cities, so I have bought and sold houses/units for living space and for investments.In 2016, to buy an investment property, I met Porter Mathews: there was this guy Hasi, a salesman introduced to me with another group of salespeople in a small meeting room looking out at the great greeneries of Perth. I was from Gold Coast, and had a home in Perth, wanted to buy a home for investment. He did this job with honesty with regular feedback, along with the smiles and readiness to answwer calls. The result was I bought a house in a middle-class area: that was in January 2016. Then, I needed to sell this house in the depressed market in 2021. He managed to secure two buyers, and then I sold it just a few days ago dfor a price that is lower than what I paid, but nevertheless, a good deal better than what others say is the prevailing price. Dealing with Hasi has been terrible. Hasi request we let the current tenant stay for 3 months after settlement, which we said no to. He then asked if we could extend the settlement date to the 3rd May, which we said no. He then sent a form with a change of settlement date, saying legally we need to give the current tenant 30 - 35 days notice. I commented say I find this a bit unusual that you've come up with this legal condition a day after we said no the the extension. Which he made out he never asked he only ask for the tenant to stay for 3 months. However, when checking with our settlement agent she confirmed this wasn't the case and that we have a signed contract confirming settlement date. After telling Hasi this he sent a sign document from the tenant extending there lease until the 7th May! He had already done this prior to even asking us. Since this the experience has been bad. After settlement, we had not contact from them. We needed to contact them to see when we can get the keys, which I was told anytime between 9am - 5pm. Went to the office and was given one envelope with the keys, nothing else. After contact them again later, I was told that wast the receptionist that was some covering. I then had to go back to collect the paper and additional keys, which was just given to me in a plastic bag. I've had a better experience buy a $20,000 car, than a $485,000 property!

David & his team went above & beyond in all aspects of real estate.
