Dealing with Hasi has been terrible. Hasi request we let the current tenant stay for 3 months after settlement, which we said no to. He then asked if we could extend the settlement date to the 3rd May, which we said no. He then sent a form with a change of settlement date, saying legally we need to give the current tenant 30 - 35 days notice. I commented say I find this a bit unusual that you've come up with this legal condition a day after we said no the the extension. Which he made out he never asked he only ask for the tenant to stay for 3 months. However, when checking with our settlement agent she confirmed this wasn't the case and that we have a signed contract confirming settlement date. After telling Hasi this he sent a sign document from the tenant extending there lease until the 7th May! He had already done this prior to even asking us. Since this the experience has been bad. After settlement, we had not contact from them. We needed to contact them to see when we can get the keys, which I was told anytime between 9am - 5pm. Went to the office and was given one envelope with the keys, nothing else. After contact them again later, I was told that wast the receptionist that was some covering. I then had to go back to collect the paper and additional keys, which was just given to me in a plastic bag. I've had a better experience buy a $20,000 car, than a $485,000 property!

David & his team went above & beyond in all aspects of real estate. Raveen was obviously the best choice of agent to sell our house. His professionalism, communication and market knowledge was of the highest standard, and he was always proactive, working hard for us throughout the selling process. I was lucky enough to stumble upon Nick from Porter Mathews when looking at Agents to sell my house. I have got to say, that from the beginning the communication and commitment was second to none. Nick and his trustee team were fantastic, they constantly kept me in the loop, the marketing was awesome, he consistently thralled for potential buyers and gave me excellent feed back. The house sold in no time, plus I got more than my asking price. I have previously sold and bought other houses through other realtors, however, after my experience with Porter Mathews, I will never go anywhere again. Do yourself a favor if you are selling, give them a call. I can not recommend PM enough. 100% happy with the service and the outcome.
