Fortunately we put our house on the market prior to COVID-19 but it definitely had an impact on the sale price, which unfortunately was less than we hoped for.

Down to earth
Nick and Alex were totally honest and up front right from the beginning. Even though it was a difficult time for selling they remained positive throughout. They are both very easy to talk to and they are very knowledgeable without being over bearing and pushy. I would highly recommend the Mitchell Brothers for buying or selling property in the Forrestfield area.

People's choice.
Nick is very down to earth while remaining professional. His communication is fantastic and he kept me in the loop every step of the way of the sale. Long road but got there in the end...
We first met with Nick in January and were very impressed by his professionalism and local area knowledge that made us feel at ease, unfortunately the sale took over 6 months but that was more due to Covid and as much bad luck as you could have with 3 accepted buyers all failing with finance over different courses of that 6 months but the Mitchell brothers got us there in the end thankfully!
