Cheryl was fantastic, I had gaps in my application which Cheryl helped me rectify instead of declining me (as other agencies had). I was kept up to date with the approval process the whole way, once approved Erica took over the technical side of things. Documents were signed and completed seamlessly and she was quick to respond to any questions I had. Could not recommend them highly enough. They made what had been a nightmare trying to find a property, to an efficient knowledgeable transition. I am so very thankful 🙏.
