We are in the processing of relocating to Brisbane. My wife messaged Cheryl and within a short time, she had an appointment to view the property. As I was in Brisbane, I attended the appointment. Overall, Cheryl was very professional. She discussed our needs in-depth, and then worked through these, looking at how the property met our needs. For many months (prior) we had tried to engage with agents, following their advert saying "contact me, I'm here to help". And never once getting a reply. Cheryl was the polar opposite and would highly recommend her.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Cheryl at position property and later Erica. Cheryl was fantastic, I had gaps in my application which Cheryl helped me rectify instead of declining me (as other agencies had). I was kept up to date with the approval process the whole way, once approved Erica took over the technical side of things. Documents were signed and completed seamlessly and she was quick to respond to any questions I had. Could not recommend them highly enough.
