We live in NSW so we need someone on the ground in Brisbane to look after our Unit, and that's what we get with Position Property. Our Manager Adrienne is great. She takes care of any Maintenance issues for us with a quick phone call or email, Inspections are done regularly with a Report sent through, Leases are always dealt with nice and early and we are always kept up to date on any changing Rules. When we Repainted and Carpeted the Unit, Adrienne organized and coordinated the whole Job, we Rate her very highly. Adrienne and Position Property make being a Landlord very painless.
