We.decided to go with Peter and Position Property because a) Peter appeared very thorough and professional and b) the quoted price was less than our other quote. All the costs were outlined before any of the processes started and Peter went about his work in a professional manner. He was very knowledgeable of the area and indeed our block of units and drew on his vast knowledge and experience to find purchasers and then glean the price we wanted for the unit. We would certainly use Peter again if ever needed.

Choosing Brad Munro was the worst decision I ever made in regards to selling a property. Brad sold me on the fact that he has 24 years experience in selling houses and properties but what I didn’t realise he’s only in it for himself. (As they all are) Brad made multiple errors that cost me alot of money on settlement during the sale that it only benefited him and I lost out. All I can say to any future vendors is beware, because he has a good record on selling properties and a good Charisma that he will charm you with, but you don’t know how much you’ll lose through the process of his in adequacy. Brad comes across as someone that knows the ins and outs of sales and the sale market but when it comes down to delicate or sensitive situations he has no idea how to deal with it except to write an email saying apologies he’s done the best he can while I have to wear the costs and then he totally disappears and since his colleagues to deal with the matter which they also cannot. He will promise you this and that, he will promise you to email and negotiate this and that he promises you he will get in touch with you but doesn’t answer any phone calls when things go dire. A lot of promises zero return. So beware, appoint Brad at your own
